STEP 3: COLLECTING INFORMATION AND PROVIDING VOIPZIP SUPPORT
So the ZIPSIP is connected to the internet now. You need to collect MAC address of the ZIPSIP and provide that to VoipZip Support. You can collect MAC address by following undermentioned steps. Click on Console icon on the desktop. It will open console window named “urxvt”
Select the window and write following command, and press ENTER button.
ifconfig
Contact with VoipZip support personnel with whom you are working and provide this MAC Address. And you are done with this device. You can send email to support@voipzip.com Since you are done here, you need to configure the network of your gateway now. Next step describes how to do that.
